About Sammi Jo

My journey into bodywork started when I was just 18 years old, when I headed off to massage school in Austin, Texas. What began as a love for Phoebe Buffay on the TV show F.R.I.E.N.D.S. grew into a lifelong passion for understanding the body and its intricate language.

Over the past 16 years, I’ve had the privilege of helping countless clients slow down and gain a deeper sense of connection to themselves.

I specialize in focused deep tissue, cupping, relaxing swedish, lymphatic drainage, and medical massage. I love to combine everything I’ve learned and create a unique massage experience in an atmosphere intended to calm your nervous system. I might also incorporate graston therapy, kinesiology taping, sound therapy, and herbal infused massage oil to promote detoxification, circulation, and overall body harmony.

While in massage therapy school, I also discovered the world of herbs. Herbal medicine became especially meaningful to me as I worked through struggles with opioid addiction in my early twenties. As I began incorporating herbalism into my everyday life, blending teas became a healthy way for me to nurture the mind, body, and spirit.

During the COVID lockdown, I earned my first herbalism certificate and began diving deeper into the study and practice of plant medicine. Over time, herbalism became a natural extension of my work and a way to support wellness beyond the massage table.

Today, I handcraft small-batch, hand-blended herbal teas that combine ancient herbal wisdom with modern wellness practices. All herbs are sourced organically and each blend is designed to nourish the body and reconnect you to your own inner rhythm.

My mission is simple: to help people listen to their bodies and nurture their health with intention. Whether that’s through massage therapy, a warm cup of tea, or a quiet moment of self-care.
